Helgi has worked her way through the organisation, starting out as the office nuisance, graduating to beggar, and now moved up to Meet and Greet. Her day starts with sniffing the fence posts out front, and down the road. Occasionally when she is doing her outside work, someone comes in asking whether we know whose dog is wandering around outside. A scratch on the door and she is in, first job is to work her way around the office, and put her head in each persons lap. That done, if no one is eating, she goes to the front door to wait for new friends to arrive. Not everyone appreciates a large dog with a deep bark as they come through the door, patting her stops the barking, but results in her following the visitor around.
Helgi is a grandmother, hobbies include wrestling with the house dachshund and schnauzer, chasing cars and going to work. So hard to leave without her, those big longing eyes normally get her an “… ok then, get in the car”.
