Ryan came to building design becauseof his love of graphics at school, he did the excellent Building DesignDiploma, with the advantage that he worked with us at the later stages at thesame time, giving him practical insights to his studies.
Whilst he has tackled the full rangeof projects that KAE undertakes, he has left a particular mark, incorporatingstriking architectural features and effects, by working with what he has atminimal cost, and sometimes even saving the Client money over a conventionalsolution.
He tends to get jobs that benefitfrom his thoroughness, and determination. Maybe the kind of determination thatyou get from getting up at 4.00 am mornings for swimming training, to the pointthat you represent Australia overseas (he is also very humble, he wants topoint out he “only” for Queensland, not Australia ). He does have his faults though;he was silly enough to buy a classic Queenslander and restore it himself.
