Ryan came to building design because of his love of graphics at school, he did the excellent Building Design Diploma, with the advantage that he worked with us at the later stages at the same time, giving him practical insights to his studies.
He tends to get jobs that benefit from his thoroughness, and determination. Maybe the kind of determination that you get from getting up at 4.00 am mornings for swimming training, to the point that you represent Australia overseas (he is also very humble, he wants to point out he “only” for Queensland, not Australia ). He does have his faults though, especially his love-hate relationship with his Landrover. Landrovers are not cars, they are apprenticeships for mechanics. If he is late to your meeting, cut him some slack, if you have mechanical problems with your car, ask him as he has seen it all.
