Sam may be young, but he is a member of Ipswich Building royalty. His Dad is a builder of long standing and excellent reputation, and you do not last long in a town of this size, if you do not do the right thing.
Builders being builders, and Ipswich Dads being Ipswich Dads, means if you are unfortunate enough to get born into that family, you are going to see a lot of building action….. from the dirty end up, with plenty of time in the sun. From renovating houses to helping build a roller coaster at DreamWorld, Sam has done the hard yards. Combine all that with a good Building Design Diploma and top design skills, and it is hard to see how you will not be a major asset to a no nonsense Building Design firm. He designs stuff that can be easily built, and listens if you think of another way. He got up to speed in no time and is just too nice ….. The big problem is that everyone wants him on their team, whether it is investigating building failures, design work, drawing work, there is always a fight for his body.
We don’t know what he does on weekends, that would likely be confidential, but it is a pretty safe bet that being a pretty sharp and good looking Ipswich Millennial, it will involve chasing cattle, camping and four wheel driving.
